Professional Services - $500.00
- Consultation with a licensed funeral director Coordination of specified activities, including services and supplies provided by us, as well asthose provided by third party suppliers, such as death notices
- 24 hour availability of funeral director by telephone
- Includes costs associated with provincial licensing of the business and funeral directors andcosts associated with compliance with provincial legislation
- Completion and filing of all documents necessary to carry out the services and suppliesrequested, including, but not limited to, death registration, burial permit, coroner’s certificatefor cremation, documentation necessary to ship the body out of the country
- Provision of unlimited quantity of Proofs of Death issued by Eternal Care Cremation (our proofs of death are usually accepted for most estate settlement purposes, but sometimes a provincial death certificate will be necessary and is available from the Office of the Registrar General)
- Assistance with application for government death benefits as applicable

Initial Transfer of Remains - $300.00
- Initial transfer of deceased from place of death to our holding room (within 50km)
- Additional mileage travelled beyond 50 km from the business will be charged one way at $1.50/km

Transportation of Remains to Crematory/Cemetery - 150.00

Facilities for Preparation/Shelter - $100.00
- Facilities used to prepare, and shelter the body
- Secure shelter as necessary up to 72 hours

Basic Preparation of Remains - $100.00
- The placement of the deceased into the cremation container, including removal of a pacemaker if necessary.

Equipment for Funeral Service - $200.00
- Rental of urn ark intended for ceremonial purposes for display/procession of cremated remains.

Staff Services for Ceremony - $500.00 (Place of Service or Graveside)
- Eternal Care staff (up to 3 staff members) - $25.00/hour per staff member after 3 hours
- Includes setting up at place of service, co-ordinating parking, greeting guests, service direction, and take-down
- Optional transportation of remains to graveside immediately following service or as required (charges for additional time may apply)
- Includes Rental of urn ark

In Memorial Videos - $80.00
- Memorial Video of photos (up to 150 photos) with video theme and musical tribute in digital format.
